Once at HCVS, please keep all dogs on a lead and all pups restrained in some manner in the arms or in an open-topped box for example). Similarly, all cats and kittens must be in secure carriers.
Keeping infant pets off the floor decreases their likelihood of contracting infectious diseases.
If your pet is aggressive PLEASE INFORM THE RECEPTION STAFF – muzzles can also be provided on request.
