Emergency cases will be attended to as a priority.
The reception and assistant staff will assess the nature of the emergency (“triage”) and will inform the veterinarian. Please be aware that some cases that may initially appear critical can be attended to at a slightly later time (non-bleeding skin wound with a conscious, alert dog, for example).
